Fire Restrictions
Cruz Hill Fire
The Oregon Department of Forestry issues Regulated Fire Closure proclamations during fire season when conditions call for restricted measures. These restrictions include state forests.

Regulated use closures are designed to prevent the start of wildfires on forest land and include restrictions on activities such as campfires, smoking, equipment use and off-highway vehicle travel.

Go to regulated use closures for current fire restrictions.  You can always contact the district office for the latest information on regulated use closures on state forests.
